XPS Cold Chain is all about pursuing horizons beyond the ordinary and delivering
premises, not excuses. That includes:
Vehicles equipped with highly sophisticated Reefer units.
Vehicles capable of maintaining temperatures between -25o C to 25o C.
PUF insulation through computerised systems that allows proper mixing and filling.
PUF density of 40 +- 2 kg/m3
Lower thermal conductivity value of 0.017 W/M Deg. K that reduces time for pulling
down temperature inside the container.
Average panel thickness of 115 mm. (Ideal thickness required under Indian conditions)
Container floor is fitted with gratings, which allows uniform circulation of air
Containers are fitted with additional roof of thickness of 15 mm, which protects
against
heat transfer from the roof, reduces heat load by 15% and improves temperature
holding capacity of cool containers.
Useful for items like Ice Creams, frozen fish, meat and poultry products for export
as well as domestic markets.
Vehicles are equipped with easy to operate and driver friendly Control Panel.
