TECHNOLOGY BACKBONE

XPS deploys contemporary and state of the art information technology backbone to track and report on the movements of the cargo handled by it, right from the pick-up till delivery. All critical operational offices are linked online via VSAT or leased lines to provide near real time information. NETRAK track and tackle enables the customers to track their consighments online. "MyXPS" facility is also extended to select customers to check their account and service relationship with XPS.

COD

Collection on Delivery is a unique scheme that we offer. On delivery of consignment, payment is collected on behalf of the consignor for the invoice value, through cheque or DD from the consignee. The consignor receives it along with the POD.

Diplomat Service

Diplomat Service is offered for the stations where XPS does not have branch. For such stations, Diplomat Service is offered from the nearest XPS branch. Charges for the same should be as under:
